1. Acceptance
By downloading and using the PhoneLimit app, you agree to these terms.
2. License
PhoneLimit grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app. You may not reverse-engineer it, extract its source code, or copy it for commercial purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
- PhoneLimit Pro: an auto-renewing yearly subscription, billed to your Google Play account.
- You can cancel from Google Play → Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- No partial refunds are issued for the purchased period.
- Refund requests are governed by the Google Play refund policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Monitoring someone else's device without their permission
- Attempting to bypass subscription verification mechanisms
- Using the friends feature for spam or abuse
5. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice. Significant changes are announced in the app.
6. Limitation of Liability
PhoneLimit is provided "as is." The accuracy of screen time data is not guaranteed. The app cannot be held responsible for any user's behavior or dependency.
